Sandeep Goel is the CEO. He brings rich experience in areas of business consulting, global delivery and IT services. Prior to joining Acuvate, Sandeep was responsible for global eBusiness unit of Intelligroup. His experience includes working with global customers spread across industry verticals such as consumer products, manufacturing and investment banks. Sandeep has a passion for productivity improvement and has been giving guest lectures in various corporate as well as educational institutes on Knowledge Management and IT Portfolio Rationalization for productivity enhancements

Abhishek Shanbhag is the Vice President - Global Presales and Solutions. Being a SharePoint enthusiast, he was responsible for planning and launching the very first Office 365 offerings from Acuvate (www.o365intranet.com) that was launched on the same day as the worldwide Office 365 launch by Microsoft. Having prior experience in Bluetooth research & IP creation at MindTree, Abhishek brings with him product idealization and development experience.

Pradeep Hegde is the Chief Architect. He is an expert at developing web applications using Microsoft Platform. Pradeep comes from Infosys and brings with him the experience of working with teams across demography and delivering business critical solutions for industry leaders. He specializes in the area of applications (Portal & Business Intelligence), Cloud (Windows Azure) and infrastructure (Visualization, Exchange, AD).

Manish Jaiswal is the Director Sales - India South. He takes care of maintaining existing accounts as well as growing new business. He comes to us from Microsoft where he was responsible for providing solutions based on Microsoft’s content management and business intelligence platforms, to enterprise customers in South India. After graduating from IIM Bangalore 15 years ago, Manish has grown with India’s IT industry. Prior to Microsoft, he has held successively growing responsibilities in various technology firms including IBM and Newgen.

Jagan Mohan Jami is the Director - Delivery. He has rich experience in software projects delivery. Prior to joining Acuvate, Jagan Jami was responsible for delivering large projects for various customers in Infosys. His experience includes Program Management, Portfolio & Project management in the domains of Health Insurance, Pharma and Hi-Tech Manufacturing. He also has extensive experience in successfully leveraging the onsite-offshore global delivery model and setting up of "Offshore Delivery Centers (ODC)" for various customers.

M Prabhakar Rao is the Director - ERP business and Industry Solutions. He has over two decades of industry experience. Along with IT he has headed other functions of Supply Chain and HR. He has been an active member of the various CIO forums, and the Data Security Council of India – Hyderabad Chapter. Mr. Rao joined Acuvate from country’s leading CRO, GVK Biosciences, where he was operating as the Head – IT. He has been a speaker at the Microsoft, SAP and logistics forums. As a CIO he has steered the IT road-map for the organizations where he worked and has a clear understanding of the business processes. Apart from GVK Group, Mr Rao worked with leading companies like Merind (formerly Merck Sharp and Dohme (I) Ltd.), Colgate Palmolive and Indian Immunological. He brings with him a wide experience of various industry verticals like Healthcare, FMCG, Manufacturing etc., to the Acuvate team.

Anil Kakaria is the Vice President - UK Business. He is responsible for Acuvate’s Operations, Customers and Alliances in UK. Prior to joining us Anil has worked with Intelligroup and Hexaware in various capacities. At Intelligroup he was working as the Director of sales and was the winner of “Sales Person of the year” at a global level and was instrumental in closing several large deals and growing the UK region.

Sanjeev Sadhwani is the Director of Sales for India West and he is based out of Pune. He comes with 16 years of rich experience in Sales and Business Development across various fields of IT and Telecom. He joined Acuvate from Reliance Communications where he was working in the capacity of Deputy General Manager Enterprise Sales. Prior to Reliance, Sanjeev had worked with firms such as Tata Tele, Bharati Airtel, HCL, Cannon and Modi Xerox.

Dru Rai is Vice President - Client Relationships for our North America Operations. Before joining Acuvate, Dru was working with Arysta Pharmaceuticals as their Global CIO. Prior to Arysta, Dru worked with various General Electric (GE) organizations such as GE Advanced Materials and GE Security. Dru began his career in Ernst and Young in 1994 as a Senior Management Consultant and was later promoted as Sr. Manager leading EY’s supply chain practice. Dru has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering and MBA in Operations Management from University of Connecticut. He has served as a Director for a variety of professional associations and for/not for profit organizations
